Duration of the tour is about 2 hours. Booking online is obligatory.
The guided tour is conducted by one official Vatican Tour Guide. The price of the guided tour is Euro 120,00 in addition to the entry price of Euro 8,00 per person. For the use of head phones there is an additional cost of Euro 1,50 per person. After clearing security, visitors are asked to climb the stairs on the far left of the entrance hall. The meeting point is located at the top of this staiway at the "Guided Tours" desk.
If a Guided Tour is required a guide will be assigned for every 35 participants.

In order to make the purchase online please have on hand the following documents: an identity document, the personal data of the tour leader and a credit card.
After the payment is confirmed, the applicant will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the booking, the voucher containing the reservation code and tour information. The applicant is asked to print off the voucher so as to present it on the day of your tour. The reservation will be checked by means of the bar code present on the voucher. In case of loss of the voucher, please consult the Customer Care Staff at the Guided Tour Desk.

N.B.:Tickets for pilgrims will be issued when a signed and sealed letter on Parish letterhead is provided by the Parish Priest on the day of the visit. The reduced ticket for Pilgrimages will be granted only to pilgrimage groups, accompanied by a priest or member of the Religious Institute. A free entrance is granted to one accompanying Priest by presenting his celebret.
A Pilgrims' group desiring to make a reservation must indicate the exact number of participants in the group.
