The price of the ticket for a pilgrim is Euro 8,00. Every ticket purchased online has a reservation fee of Euro 4,00 (plus an additional cost of Euro 1,50 per person for the use of the head phones).
This booking allows Parishes and Religious Institutions to purchase tickets in advance to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.

In order to make the purchase online please have on hand the following documents: an identity document, the personal data of the tour leader and a credit card.
After the payment is confirmed, the applicant will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the booking, the voucher containing the reservation code and tour information. The applicant is asked to print off the voucher so as to present it on the day of your tour. The reservation will be checked by means of the bar code present on the voucher. In case of loss of the voucher, please consult the Customer Care Staff.

N.B.: This type of tour features a reduced ticket for Pilgrimages upon presentation, on the day of the visit, of a letter of request from the Parish, religious Institute or Diocese of origin. The request, to be presented on headed paper, must bear the official stamp of the Institute and the original signature of the parish priest or superior. The reduced ticket for Pilgrimages will be granted only to pilgrimage groups, accompanied by a priest or member of the Religious Institute. Who reserve a Pilgrimage without title will have to purchase a new full fare ticket to enter. The advance payment will not be refunded.
